Elena is a mother of two children, and she is not married officially. She worked as an accountant in a taxi company. The reason which made her apply for the LIFE Project courses was the lack of Romanian Language skills. The staff at her working place is formed of Romanian native speakers and it was difficult for her to get along with her colleagues. Studying at the courses she obtained not only language skills but also a better job. Finding out that Elena was taking Romanian Language Courses, the director of the taxi company offered her an advanced position – manager. Due to the knowledge of the state language she could easily speak with the clients of the taxi company. Also, she improved her relationship with the workmates.
