The Organization for Small and Medium Enterprises Sector Development (ODIMM ) and NGO “Pro -Business Nord” , recognizing the major importance of the SME sector for the sustainable economic development and social stability, concluded on January 17, 2011 a Cooperation Agreement. The common objective of the Agreement is to provide and support the development of the SME sector. Entrepreneurs in the SME sector have the possibility to receive training, information and consulting services, as well as the opportunity to participate in different activities, including seminars and workshops, in the field of SME development in the Northern region of the country.

Currently, under the consulting and entrepreneurial contract № 57-26/7 signed on March 04, 2013, between the Organization for Small and Medium Enterprises Sector Development (ODIMM) and “Pro -Business Nord” NGO, the continuous training program “Efficient Business Management” (GEA) is being implemented. This program is conducted within the State Program “Small and Medium Business Support” and is financed by funds allocated under the annual State Budget Law. The consulting services and training courses are delivered in the Northern part of Moldova: Balti, Briceni, Ocnița, Edinet, Donduseni, Rīşcani, Drochia, Soroca, Glodeni, Floresti, Făleşti and Singerei.

Efficient Business Management (GEA) is a program intended for entrepreneurs of any age who practice economic activities in any legal form and want to increase their entrepreneurial skills to ensure effective business management. Individuals who are interested and motivated to start their own business can also benefit from these trainings.

Program goal:
To increase the knowledge level of the economic agents in order to carry out an efficient business.
The proposed training modules are:

  • Business Planning;
  • Financial Management;
  • Marketing;
  • Efficient Sales Techniques;
  • Applied Accounting;
  • Labor Law and Human Resources Management;
  • External Economic Activity and Customs Relations.
  • Government Procurement and Legislation in the Field;
  • Access to funding and credit management;
  • Registration as a VAT payer and the Legislation in the field.

Each seminar is planned for 2 days (21 academic hours) and will begin when we reach the minimum number of enrolled participants.
